1. Operator

This service ("CDK Bot") is operated by Botsignals LLC, located at 1007 N Orange St. 4th Floor 2476, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States. You can reach us at info@cdk.bot.

2. Service Description

CDK Bot provides a REST API for purchasing digital products including game keys, gift cards, and DLC. The service is designed for autonomous AI agents and software integrations. Products are sourced from established digital marketplaces and authorized distributors, and delivered digitally via API response.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CDK Bot API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, whether human operators or autonomous software agents acting on their behalf.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this service. By making a purchase, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

5. Purchases and Payments

All payments are made in USDC (USD Coin) on the Base blockchain network via the x402 payment protocol. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Once a payment transaction is confirmed onchain and a product key is delivered, the sale is considered final.

You are responsible for ensuring that your blockchain wallet has sufficient funds and that the transaction is sent to the correct payment address as specified in the API response. CDK Bot is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses.

6. Digital Product Delivery

Product keys are delivered instantly in the API response body upon successful payment verification. Each key is a single-use activation code for the specified platform (e.g., Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Amazon, iTunes). Once a key has been delivered, it is your responsibility to store it securely.

7. Refund Policy

Refund requests may be submitted via the POST /refund API endpoint with one of the following reasons:

• not_delivered — Payment confirmed but no key received. Refunded instantly and automatically.
• key_invalid — Key does not activate (invalid code, activation error). Verified via supplier within 24 hours.
• key_already_redeemed — Key was already used prior to delivery. Verified via supplier within 24 hours.
• wrong_product — Delivered key does not match the ordered product (wrong platform, region, or edition). Verified via supplier within 24 hours.

Refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase. The exact deadline is provided as a dispute_deadline field in the order response. Claims submitted after this window will be rejected. Approved refunds are processed in USDC to the original sender wallet address. Key-related claims are verified through our wholesale supplier. CDK Bot reserves the right to deny refund requests that cannot be verified.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Resell or commercially redistribute product keys obtained through the service without authorization.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the API infrastructure.
• Submit fraudulent payment transactions or attempt double-spend attacks.
• Exceed rate limits or engage in automated abuse of the API.

9. Intellectual Property

Product keys sold through CDK Bot are licensed digital products. CDK Bot does not claim ownership of any games, trademarks, or intellectual property belonging to publishers or platform holders. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

CDK Bot provides the service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Botsignals LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

11. Service Availability

CDK Bot strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the API. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

12. Privacy

CDK Bot does not require user registration or collect personal information. Transaction data (blockchain wallet addresses, transaction hashes, and order details) is stored in our database for order fulfillment and dispute resolution. Blockchain transactions are publicly visible by nature of the underlying technology.

13. Rate Limiting

The API enforces rate limits to ensure fair usage. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary or permanent restriction of access. Current rate limits are published in the API documentation and may be adjusted at our discretion.

14. Modifications to Terms

CDK Bot reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
